Our impact protection systems can be installed almost anywhere, not just on public highways where the use of passive safety systems is regulated by law. They protect people, buildings and plant machinery from being damaged by vehicular movement in many other places too: for instance in car parks, industrial sites and warehouses, working areas used by, for example, forklift trucks and on airfields.

Some of these areas even require a higher degree of energy absorption protection than on public highways. Our industrial protection systems provide you with solutions that are designed to meet the special challenges presented by heavy vehicles, large loads and the safeguarding of expensive, sensitive machinery.

Alongside the standard steel rail systems, our product range therefore also includes special solutions like INDULEIT®, a safety system that has been specifically developed for high impact forces. Both systems can be easily combined, e.g. as impact protection for cars, trucks and forklift trucks and, by using a variety of moulded parts, they can be adapted to suit any location.

Also out of the ordinary: Gardflex ® und Parkflex ® are just right wherever there is a need for strong and space saving crash protection.

The basis of the two systems is formed by differently shaped, flat impact absorbing spring steel buffers that can be combined with a variety of steel protection rails, industrial rails and box sections. They absorb energy on impact and reduce the shock. This means the damage to both the barrier construction and vehicles is minimised or even avoided – as are expensive repairs.

The Gardflex® system is primarily used in the industrial sector to protect buildings, plant, pillars, walls and obviously persons.

Parkflex® is best-suited for car parks and other parking facilities. A big advantage: the system can, when combined with additional mesh panelling and a handrail, also be used as a pedestrian anti-fall guard.

The system is rounded off by the newly developed, all-purpose energy absorbing Softstop® steel bollards. Available in three different sizes, each of the bollards has been officially crash tested and verified by the TÜV Rheinland TNO, a German standards organisation.
